Lee Lodge

A beautiful lodge in an idyllic location.

Lee Lodge is situated in the Sterridge Valley area of Berrynarbor. It borders a conservation area of outstanding beauty. Locality Manager: Sarah Fitzgerald

The gardens at Lee Lodge are beautiful, with some amazing established trees and shrubs and natural landscaping.

Lee Lodge has been sensitively adapted, resulting in a homely residence with lots of character.  One of Lee Lodges most attractive features is the large conservatory looking over the back gardens with decked areas for sitting out and enjoying the countryside views.

The 6 rooms at Lee Lodge are various different sizes all with en-suites.  It has a good size utility and kitchen area and a central lounge and dining room.

Berrynarbor is a very special village with a strong sense of community and friendly, caring feel and Lee Lodge receives lots of visitors.

We have a friendly lodge cat at Lee Lodge who once was a stray but who has since befriended the tenants and pays regular visits to the lodge.

There is plenty of parking and nearby a shop, pub and church.  Berrynarbor is a rural, coastal community with spirit and soul, having a knowledge of its ancient heritage and a foresight of its future. In one of North Devon's largest parishes, the village nestles on the eastern slope of a diverse beautiful combe, rich in meadow, pasture land and wooded cleaves. Its name is derived from past manorial lords - the Berry and De Nerbert families.

“The Lodge is very homely and has a lovely view.”
