Waterside Lodge

Waterside Lodge is a large, newly built bungalow. The Lodge has six single en-suite bedrooms which are of good size, and are equipped with TV points and access to a telephone.  To ensure complete comfort, provision is made for Tenants’ own furniture and personal items.

There is a spacious and pleasant kitchen, utility (laundry) room, lounge and dining room.  All these rooms are light and airy.

 
Waterside is next to its sister Lodge, Fremington Lodge, which enables extra interaction for tenants and opportunities to interlink social events between the two homes, if tenants wish.

The grounds and gardens of Waterside Lodge extend to one acre, with landscaped lawns, a small pond, established trees and a patio area. 

Waterside Lodge is situated within the small community village of Yelland in North Devon.  It is within easy distance of Instow Beach.  Both Fremington and Yelland villages include convenience stores and post office.   Shopping and theatres are within easy reach in Barnstaple and Bideford.

It has been designed with wheelchair access to all parts of the building and has user friendly space and equipment.

Safety is seen as a priority and a Fire Alarm system is installed throughout; Waterside Lodge additionally operates a “Non- Smoking” Policy, for the health and safety of the Tenants and the care provider(s).
