Warren Lodge

Warren Lodge is a large bungalow set back from the main road which looks out onto a large, scenic garden creating a lovely private setting for the tenants. All rooms are specially adapted for elderly and disabled tenants, with user friendly space and equipment.

The Lodge currently has 3 single rooms and 1 double room, all rooms are en-suite and there are also plans currently in place to expand to add additional bedrooms and a conservatory. All of the bedrooms are of good size, and are equiped with TV points and access to a telephone. Provision as always is made for the tenants own furnature and personal items. There is a spacious and pleasant kitchen, lounge and dining room. All communal rooms are light and airy.

A fire alarm system is installed throughout; Warren Lodge additionally operates a 'Non-Smoking' policy for the health and safety of the tenants and their support team.

Warren Lodge is situated within the pretty village of Knowle, on the outskirts of Braunton. Described as 'the gateway to North Devon's Golden Coast', Braunton offers an excellent selection of shops and cafe's and includes a large medical centre, bank and post office. Only 9 miles to the north lies Ilfracombe, with its picturesque harbour, whilst the dramatic coastline and spectacular beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough with their golden sands are just down the road.
