Oak TreeOak Tree Lodge is large and newly built. It has been designed with wheelchair access to all parts of the building and has user friendly space and equipment. The Lodge has four single and two double en-suite bedrooms. They are all light and airy, with large windows and a glass door giving access to the garden and are equipped with TV points and access to the telephone. There is a spacious kitchen, utility (laundry) room, lounge and dining room. The lounge is particularly special; it has large glass doors opening out onto a large and pleasant decked balcony which overlooks the pond and has views across the garden and surrounding fields. The garden is lovely, with landscaped lawns, a pond and established trees. Oak Tree Lodge is next to its sister Lodges, Fremington Lodge and Waterside Lodge, which enables tenants to share social events if they wish. The Christmas Carol Concert and the Summer Fete are always particularly popular. Oak Tree Lodge is situated within the small community village of Fremington which has a convenience store and post office. Shopping and theatres are within easy reach in Barnstaple and Bideford.
