Newlands Lodge is a large bungalow with six bedrooms, all en-suite.  Two of the en-suites are specially adapted for the disabled.  There is one double room available, and there is a possibility, depending on Tenants’ needs, that this could be shared.  All of the bedrooms are of good size and all have lovely outlooks onto the large garden.  Each bedroom is equipped with TV points and access to telephone.  Provision is made for Tenants’ own furniture and personal items. 

The communal rooms are all on the same level – a large and pleasant kitchen, utility (laundry) room, lounge and dining room.  All these rooms are light and airy.

A delightful sun lounge with decking area and attractive pot plants overlooks the garden which has a stream running along the bottom and open views beyond.   The very large garden has landscaped lawns, established trees and shrubs for all round interest. 

A Fire Alarm system is installed throughout; Newlands Lodge additionally operates a “Non- Smoking” Policy, for the health and safety of the Tenants and the care provider(s).

Newlands Lodge is situated within the small community village of Landkey.  Within the village there is a good local shop/newsagent/off licence, a Post Office, two village pubs and two churches.  Shopping and theatres are within easy reach in Barnstaple, 2 miles away.  There are lovely walks to enjoy nearby.
