Lee Lodge is a large bungalow and all rooms are specially adapted for elderly and disabled tenants, with user-friendly space and equipment. 

The Lodge has six en-suite bedrooms.  All of the bedrooms are of good size, and are equipped with TV points and access to telephone. As with all rooms at Fremington Homes,  provision is made for Tenants’ own furniture and personal items.

There is a spacious and pleasant kitchen, utility (laundry) room, lounge and dining room.  All these rooms are light and airy.  There is a large and spacious conservatory with a decking area, safe to sit out on and enjoy the bird life in the garden.  The garden of Lee Lodge is large, level and mature with established trees; they create a lovely private setting. 

For the safety of all Tenants, a Fire Alarm system is installed throughout; Lee Lodge additionally operates a “Non- Smoking” Policy, for the health and safety of the Tenants and the care provider(s).

Lee Lodge is situated within Berrynarbor, one of North Devon’s most popular character villages.  Berrynarbor has a very active community with lots of regular social activities.  There is a well stocked village shop with post office, a beautiful church in the village Square, and popular village pub.   Shopping and theatre are within easy reach in Ilfracombe nearby.
