Fremington Lodge provides two single bedrooms and two doubles with en-suite at ground floor level, and one single bedroom with en-suite facilities on the 1st floor. There is a possibility, depending on Tenants’ needs, that the double rooms could be shared.  All of the bedrooms are of good size and all have lovely outlooks onto the large garden.

Each bedroom is equipped with TV points and access to telephone.  Provision is made for Tenants’ own furniture and personal items.

The communal rooms are all on the ground floor – a large and pleasant kitchen, utility (laundry) room, lounge and dining room.  All these rooms are light and airy with views overlooking the garden. There is a large and sunny conservatory, together with a pleasant decked area to sit out on and look out over the garden.  The grounds and gardens of Fremington Lodge are large and pleasant, with landscaped lawns, a small pond, established trees and a patio area. 

A Fire Alarm system is installed throughout the Lodge; Fremington Lodge additionally operates a “Non- Smoking” Policy, for the health and safety of the Tenants and Support Staff.

Fremington Lodge is situated within the small village of Fremington.  It is within easy distance of Instow Beach.  Both Fremington and Yelland villages include convenience stores and post office.  Shopping and theatres are within easy reach in Barnstaple and Bideford.
