Fremington Homes Limited provides accommodation in a non-smoking environment to active elderly people. 

Situated in the beautiful surroundings of North Devon, Fremington Homes are not Residential Care or Nursing homes.  The Lodges are Assisted Living dwellings where people can live communally yet independently; safe in the knowledge that competent and trained support can be provided, 24 hours a day if required, to help them to maintain their chosen lifestyle.

In collaboration with the Tenant, their family and friends (if required), we develop a Person Centred Care Plan to:-

. Promote independence
. Enable involvement and choice
. Identify areas where more support may be required

Each Lodge bedroom has been designed to offer Tenants not just their own personal space but far more. Spacious rooms with en-suite shower/bathrooms.  All of our rooms offer simple, beautiful design, created with complete safety in mind.

Fremington Homes understand the needs of the elderly so it's no surprise that we are passionate about food. Nutrition is of paramount importance to the health and well being of our Tenants.  We believe in great local produce.  Wholesome and quite simply delicious! 

The unique settings and the uplifting ambience of each Lodge make Fremington Homes an ideal environment for active seniors to be able to live as independently as possible with dignity, privacy and the opportunity to exercise their own choice of lifestyle where every detail is considered important.

We aim to ensure each Lodge becomes our Tenant's home from home.  Airy and pleasant unfurnished rooms are provided, all that is required is for the Tenant to bring their own chosen items of furniture and treasured belongings so that they can personalise their room, settle in, relax and begin to enjoy their new home; however if preferred, Fremington Homes will supply furnished rooms on request.  Our well designed wet rooms provide accessibility to Tenants with special needs.   Each Lodge has a quarterly programme of entertainment/activities which Tenants can choose to be involved in - this can range from internal activities to outings in the company vehicle.
